Former President Donald Trump is neck-and-neck with President Joe Biden in New Hampshire in a new survey, erasing a lead of as much as 8 percentage points earlier this year.
An NH Journal poll released Monday shows Trump narrowly leading Biden, 36.6%-36.5%, with independent candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. trailing behind the two with 14.6%. The figures are a dramatic tightening from a USA TODAY–Boston Globe-Suffolk University poll in January that showed Biden leading Trump 42%-34% with Kennedy at 8%.
While Trump has a narrow advantage over Biden in the survey conducted from Wednesday to Monday, it is within the margin of error of plus or minus 3.33 percentage points, but it still highlights another lackluster poll for the president.
