Former President Donald Trump endorsed retired Army Capt. Sam Brown in the GOP Senate primary in Nevada hours after concluding a rally in the state on Sunday.
Trump praised Brown as “a good man” but came short of giving his endorsement during the rally in Las Vegas, waiting to post on Truth Social about who he was backing in Tuesday’s Republican primary in the Silver State.
“Sam Brown is a FEARLESS AMERICAN PATRIOT, a Purple Heart Recipient, who has proven he has the ‘PURE GRIT’ and COURAGE to take on our Enemies, both Foreign and Domestic,” Trump said in a post late Sunday night. “Sam is now running for U.S. Senate in the Great State of Nevada, primarily because he knows that Crooked Joe Biden and the Radical Left are A THREAT TO DEMOCRACY.
