Trump makes pit stop at Formula One Grand Prix in Miami

Presidential candidate Donald Trump was in Miami, Florida, Sunday to watch the Formula One Grand Prix race.

Trump was met with chants of “USA” by the crowd as he waved to them from track. He remained there through the National Anthem, which he listened to while saluting.

As Trump has been dealing with his criminal trial in New York, weekends such as these are vital for his visibility as he campaigns for president in November’s election. Trump has attended Ultimate Fighting Championship bouts as well, where he sits ringside. Trump was already in town due to a private donor retreat alongside Govs. Doug Burgum (R-ND) and Kristi Noem (R-SD) in Florida.
