Sixth victim discovered in the waters at Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse site

Authorities identified the remains of José Mynor López, 37, of Baltimore, on Tuesday after salvage teams with Unified Command discovered the body at the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse site.

Maryland Department of State Police were notified immediately upon the discovery. López was the sixth construction worker killed that night and believed to be the last person missing from the tragic accident. He is survived by his wife and three kids, CNN reported

“With heavy hearts, today marks a significant milestone in our recovery efforts and providing closure to the loved ones of the six workers who lost their lives in this tragic event,” said Colonel Roland L.
