President Joe Biden is speaking about the $95 billion foreign aid package approved by the Senate on Tuesday, after it was passed in the House of Representatives on Saturday following months of discussion.
Biden is expected to begin his remarks at 10:50 a.m. EDT from the White House.

The foreign aid package approves funding to Ukraine, Israel, and the Indo-Pacific. It also includes other provisions, such as humanitarian aid to Gaza and legislation forcing Chinese company ByteDance to sell TikTok or face a ban.
