Stimulus update: Direct payment worth $1,312 to be sent to some Alaska residents in 15 days

In 15 days, payments from the Permanent Fund Dividend will be issued to another swath of residents who have yet to receive their checks from the Alaska Department of Revenue.

Eligible Alaskans with the “Eligible-Not Paid” status as of March 13 who have yet to get their PFD checks for 2023, or earlier, will receive their payments on March 21.

The Permanent Fund Dividend determines payment amounts for each year on the state’s annual mineral revenues for that year, with checks being sent to eligible residents once a year. In 2023, the PFD check was worth $1,312, with distribution for the payment for that year beginning in October.
