Food stamps: March SNAP payments worth up to $1,751 for California residents to wrap up in four days

The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program will wrap up sending out March benefits to California residents in four days.

Payments are distributed starting on the first of a month and continue until the 10th. The dates payments are sent out to qualified low-income families and individuals depend on recipients’ case numbers.

For example, California recipients with case numbers ending in 1 received their CalFresh benefits on March 1, and the payment dates continue until March 10, when those with case numbers ending in 0 will receive their payments.

The exact benefit amount a household will receive depends on several factors, including household size, income limits, and additional assets.
