Marianne Williamson is back. The self-help guru and two-time presidential candidate pulled out of the Democratic presidential race this month but switched gears Wednesday after receiving 3% of the vote in Tuesday’s Michigan primary — enough to edge out Rep. Dean Phillips of Minnesota.
