Animal rights organization People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals announced a limited edition Halloween costume taking aim at Gov. Kristi Noem (R-SD) for admitting in her memoir, No Going Back, that she had shot and killed her dog Cricket.
PETA’s “Cricket’s Revenge” costume features Noem holding a rifle while wearing a blood-splattered white collared shirt and red jacket. The mask is of Noem’s face with devil horns and a camouflage hat imprinted with the words “Noem: Puppy Killer.”

The costume features a stuffed dog wearing a bandana that reads “Take a Bite out of Cruelty” while it is seen biting the neck of the costume
