Sen. Laphonza Butler (D-CA) suggested that 2024 hopeful Nikki Haley is using “dog whistle” scare tactics against Vice President Kamala Harris.
While appearing on Inside with Jen Psaki for an interview, with a clip being first shared on X, Butler was asked about Haley’s campaign strategy to suggest that a vote for Joe Biden is a vote for Kamala Harris.
