Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) is giving the commencement speech for Liberty University.
The speech comes as Scott remains on the short list to become former President Donald Trump’s running mate in 2024. He shares the short list with names such as Gov. Doug Burgum (R-ND), Sens. Marco Rubio (R-FL) and J.D. Vance (R-OH), and Reps. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) and Byron Donalds (R-FL).
