Manchin endorses pro-union Democratic mayor in bid to replace him

In a critical move for Democrats in West Virginia, outgoing Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) has made his endorsement choice in the state’s Democratic primary.

Manchin endorsed Glenn Elliott, mayor of Wheeling, West Virginia, in a video released by Elliott’s campaign on Monday.
