Anti-Israel protesters tried to keep Biden up at night with ‘Genocide Joe’ chants

President Joe Biden may be a little bleary-eyed after spending Tuesday night in his former hometown of Scranton, Pennsylvania.

For three hours, a group of about six anti-Israel protesters chanted with a loudspeaker outside of his hotel.

The group gathered around 9 p.m. and stayed until just after midnight, chanting a series of slogans including “Genocide Joe has got to go,” “Murder,” “Wake up sleepy Joe,” and “I am your nightmare, Biden.”

Along with the shouting, the group blasted the 1976 Thin Lizzy hit “The Boys Are Back in Town” and rap music. They also banged on drums and used other noisemakers to try to keep the president awake. It is unclear if Biden heard them or not.
