Rep. Jim Clyburn (D-SC) expressed his concern that President Joe Biden‘s campaign could share the same fate as Hillary Clinton‘s did in 2016, which he chalked up to “misinformation.”
Clyburn appeared on Velshi on Saturday to reiterate his concerns about Biden’s chances of winning a second term. In January, Clyburn claimed he was worried that black voters would not show up for Biden. A USA Today poll reported that 63% of black voters support Biden, but the Democratic Party has in past years enjoyed a much larger majority.
“I am still concerned because I have been around this business long enough to know that were it not for misinformation, that Hillary Clinton would have been elected president of the United States. I think all of us know that,”
