A Florida woman allegedly went on a shooting spree after believing she was “directed by God” in relation to the solar eclipse.
Taylon Nichelle Celestine, 22, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol after she allegedly shot at two people on a highway with a rifle. She reportedly announced her intention to go on a shooting spree to the staff of a hotel she checked out of, according to the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. The agency said that she was compelled to go on the shooting spree after being directed by “God” concerning the eclipse.
