A former New York City Police Department inspector derided the FBI under President Joe Biden for allegedly cooking its books and misleading the nation about true crime statistics.
“You only have about 63% of the country that’s even covered by these numbers, and what the media does is they generally find some salient point that works for them,” former NYPD inspector Paul Mauro told Jesse Watters of Fox News on Monday.
“They hammer it, hammer it, hammer it,” he added. “You and I know how this works, right? It goes out to all the Biden proxies, and they lead with that story, and they hope that everybody’s eyes glaze over numbers and numbers. Nobody really cares.”
