Cutting the red wine tape: DeSantis signs bill allowing Florida drinkers to buy 15-liter bottles

Under the law, it is illegal for a person to sell wine in a container holding more than one gallon unless it is in a reusable container holding 5.16 gallons or a glass container holding 4.5, six, nine, 12, or 15 liters. The new law aims to eliminate out-of-state regulations in order to help businesses.
