President Joe Biden has been sporting new “lifestyle sneakers” by the shoe company Hoka, which markets its shoes for stability support.
The 81-year-old president has been notoriously seen falling and stumbling in recent months, including several incidents on the Air Force One stairs and a bad slip over a sandbag at the Air Force Academy commencement in June last year.
Media observers, including Inside Edition, noticed that Biden’s formal black shoes were traded with a black pair of Hoka Transport sneakers starting in February.
