Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) will speak about the Israel-Hamas conflict from the Senate floor at 10 a.m. In the address, he is expected to lay out a “plan to address obstacles to peace and a two-state solution.”

Schumer traveled to Israel after the Oct. 7 terrorist attacks. He’s also called for Israel to limit Palestinian civilian casualties but has been quiet while other members of his party have called for the United States to limit aid to the country.
