White House rebukes questions over Biden’s reliance on notecards

The White House bristled at repeated questions regarding President Joe Biden‘s reliance on notecards, most recently during last week’s trip to the southern border and his meeting with Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni.

“You’re upset because the president has notecards?” press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre asked a reporter Tuesday. “You’re asking me a question about the president having notecards? A president who has had a, probably, one of the most successful first three years of an administration than any modern-day president. He’s done more in the first three years than most presidents who have had two terms.”

“Answer his question,” another reporter, Newsmax’s James Rosen, shouted.

“I’m not speaking to you right now, James,” Jean-Pierre replied. “But thank you so much for interjecting.”
