Former President Donald Trump is speaking from his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida after the Supreme Court ruled 9-0 that he may remain on the presidential ballot.
Trump is expected to speak at noon EST.

The high court, with its Monday ruling, reversed the Colorado Supreme Court’s December decision that Trump was ineligible to run for president under the 14th Amendment. The opinion held that Congress, rather than the states, is responsible for enforcing Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. He celebrated the ruling in a social media post shortly after it was issued on Monday morning and said, “BIG WIN FOR AMERICA!!!”
