President Joe Biden is delivering remarks during his first visit to East Palestine, Ohio, one year after a catastrophic train derailment.
Biden was widely criticized for his failure to visit the site of the Norfolk Southern train derailment earlier. Former President Donald Trump took advantage of the opportunity and visited the town shortly after the crash.
