What is in the $95 billion foreign aid bills passed by the House

The House of Representatives on Saturday passed a $95 billion package that will provide aid to Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan after months of standstill and tensions within the House Republican conference.

The four separate bills will provide foreign aid to Israel, Ukraine, and Taiwan, and include a new measure to force the sale of TikTok after a previously passed measure stalled in the Senate. Notably, the measures did not include any border security provisions, an issue previously championed by House Republicans as a necessity for passing any aid to Ukraine. The House rejected a revised version of its signature border bill on Saturday separate from the foreign aid bills, that would have given U.S. border authorities tools to curb illegal immigration.
