Double booked: Trump rumored to make appearances at two huge hearings in different states

Former President Donald Trump‘s lawyer dispelled rumors that he would be attending two separate hearings in two states on Thursday, as his legal challenges’ timelines start to heat up over the next few months.

Trump’s attorney, Steve Sadow, said in a statement via NBC News that Trump “will be attending court in New York on Thursday” in the hush money case against him brought by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. On Monday, sources close to the election subversion case in Fulton County, Georgia, told the Washington Post that the former president would be attending the hearing on allegations that District Attorney Fani Willis engaged in an improper relationship with the lead prosecutor.
