Food stamps: Montana February SNAP payments worth up to $1,751 end tomorrow

The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program will send out its remaining February payments, worth up to $1,751, to Montana residents on Tuesday.

SNAP benefits are distributed from Feb. 2-6, with the specific date a recipient receives their payments depending on their SNAP case number.

Those with SNAP case numbers ending in 0 through 7 should have collected by Monday. Households with account numbers ending in 8 or 9 will collect SNAP benefits Tuesday.

A household of one can receive a maximum of $291, a household of five can receive up to $1,155, and a household of eight can receive a maximum of $1,751. For each additional person, a household can receive up to $219. These amounts are based on the recent cost-of-living adjustments for 2023-24.
