Food stamps: Kentucky February SNAP payments worth up to $1,751 to start in nine days

February benefits from the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program in Kentucky will be sent out in nine days.

Food stamps are issued to eligible residents in Kentucky between Feb. 1 and Feb. 19. Payments are sent out to recipients on odd days, based on the last digits of their case numbers.

Bluegrass State residents must meet certain income and household requirements to qualify for SNAP. A household of one can receive a maximum of $291, a household of five can receive a maximum of $1,155, and a household of eight can receive up to $1,751. A household can receive a maximum of $219 for each additional person.
