The View host sees ‘some sexism’ in DeSantis and Christie not picking ‘more qualified’ Nikki Haley

The View co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin said on Monday that she felt “sexism” has been at play in the 2024 Republican primary when it comes to the lack of endorsements for former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley. She called out Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL), who bowed out of the primary on Sunday and immediately endorsed former President Donald Trump and former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, who left the race over a week ago.

“There’s some sexism that we haven’t talked about. Ron DeSantis actually intellectually knows Nikki Haley is more qualified and more fit to be the GOP nominee,” Griffin said.
