Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) asked the Justice Department why a special counsel has not been appointed in its investigation of Hunter Biden, emphasizing a monthslong argument from Republicans over a double standard within the department.
“All we’ve said is, why isn’t there a special counsel for the Hunter Biden issue? A number of us had inquired because, you know, these are — the special counsels for when there’s a conflict,” Jordan said in a Sunday interview with Fox News’ Maria Bartiromo.
