Kinzinger blasts House GOP colleague for allowing sex offender to help her campaign

Illinois Rep. Adam Kinzinger is taking aim at a House Republican colleague from Illinois, Rep. Mary Miller, for allowing a man convicted of soliciting sex with a minor to assist with her reelection campaign efforts.

Kinzinger on Thursday blasted Miller’s association with Bradley Graven, a former contractor for the state treasurer who pleaded guilty to charges following a sting operation in 2005 in which he contacted a police officer who posed as a minor in an internet chat room. Kinzinger, who has broken with House Republican colleagues over their support of former President Donald Trump, also facetiously questioned if House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) would take disciplinary action
