Dr. Fauci Says Trump’s ‘Denial and Lack of Facts’ Contributed to Magnitude of U.S. Covid Death Toll

Dr. Anthony Fauci has been reluctant to say former President Donald Trump is the reason why the coronavirus impacted the United States so badly, but he came very close to blaming the former president for America crossing the threshold of 500,000 people now dead from the pandemic.

The director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases gave an interview to CNN’s Alisyn Camerota on Tuesday, who started things off by asking whether America’s political divisions led to the current body count.
