Biden thanks country for opportunity to serve as future president on Thanksgiving

President-elect Joe Biden thanked voters on Thanksgiving for giving him the chance to serve as the country’s 46th president come January.

In an op-ed for CNN, Biden and his wife Jill touched on how the coronavirus pandemic has upended the holiday season and thanked healthcare workers and scientists in their efforts to corral the coronavirus, which has infected over 12 million people nationwide.
