WILKES-BARRE, Pennsylvania — With just 18 days until the Nov. 3 election, campaign signs and battles between neighbors about them are out in full force in the swing state of Pennsylvania.
Some Republicans see the large number of signs in support of President Trump as an indication of another surprise victory on the way. Others are reading the tea leaves about a lack of Trump signs.
