Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden mistook Iran for Iraq in a slip-up during a speech he made in Tampa, Florida, on Tuesday.
The former vice president held up his schedule, which he noted includes daily updates on how many U.S. soldiers have died while serving overseas.
