LONDON (AP) — A Saudi Arabian consortium’s takeover of English soccer club Newcastle has yet to be approved, Premier League chief executive Richard Masters said Tuesday during questioning at a British parliamentary hearing into the country’s human rights violations and broadcasting piracy.
