Californians looking to spend the Fourth of July on the beaches in Los Angeles County are going to have to find new plans for the holiday weekend.
Los Angeles County officials announced on Monday that the county’s beaches will be closed from Friday until the morning of July 6 because of the uptick in coronavirus cases in the state. The county also barred fireworks displays on Independence Day.
