Actor Jussie Smollett has reportedly been indicted by a special prosecutor in Chicago.
Per Fox 32:
Former “Empire” actor Jussie Smollett was indicted Tuesday in Chicago by special prosecutor Dan Webb, stemming from the alleged racist and anti-gay attack on him that occurred in January of 2019, a source confirms to FOX 32 News.
WGN is confirming that Smollett was indicted for six counts of disorderly conduct.
You may remember that a Chicago judge, months after the Smollett debacle unfolded in a painfully public way, named a special prosecutor to review the handling of the case in Cook County.
