Bill introduced to allow emojis on license plates in Vermont

A state lawmaker in Vermont introduced a bill that would allow drivers to express themselves with emojis on their license plates.

Democratic state Rep. Rebecca White introduced a bill that would permit residents to put one of six emojis on their license plates when registering vehicles in the state. It is not clear which emojis drivers would be able to choose from, but there are more than 3,000 emojis in existence, according to NBC 5.
