Over half of Americans disapprove of how President Trump has dealt with Iran in recent weeks, and nearly as many feel less safe after the United States killed Iran’s top general and terror leader.
Since Trump ordered a drone strike on Jan. 2 that killed Iranian Gen. Qassem Soleimani, 56% of Americans disapprove of how the president has handled the situation with Iran, according to an ABC News/Ipsos poll released Sunday. Meanwhile, 43% of Americans approve of the president’s job.
