Former Red Sox pitcher and wife arrested at New England Patriots game

Former Red Sox pitcher Rich Hill and his wife were arrested prior to Sunday afternoon’s New England Patriots football game.

Caitlin A. Hill repeatedly tried entering Gillette Stadium with an oversized backpack, and security told her she could not enter with it, according to the Boston Globe.

Robert Bolger, the chief administrator for Foxborough police, explained that she “tried several times to go to a different gate” and was eventually “ordered to leave the property.” She refused to leave and was subsequently arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and trespassing.
