A 63-car pileup caused dozens of injuries, some life-threatening, on a Virginia interstate.
The mass wreck took on Sunday morning on I-64’s westbound lanes near Williamsburg. Virginia state police said fog and ice on Queens Creek bridge might have been part of the cause of the crashes.
Police reported that 35 people were rescued from the crash site and transported to a hospital for treatment. No fatalities have been reported, but two people were confirmed to have life-threatening injuries, according to WAVY.
