Former New York Times Editor: I Was Fired For Being Seen as ‘Anti-Trump’

Carlos Cunha, a former copy editor for The New York Times, has claimed the newspaper fired him for being too harsh on President Donald Trump.

On Sunday, in a Salon article titled, “Fired from The New York Times over Trump,” Cunha claimed The New York Times has “been playing an insidious double game to ensure its survival,” since President Trump’s election.
