Persona Q2 comes stateside in June

Atlus is bringing Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth, the dungeon crawler/role-playing game starring a crossover cast of Persona characters, to North America on June 4. The Nintendo 3DS game was originally released in Japan in November 2018.

The game will feature characters from Persona 3, Persona 3 Portable, Persona 4, and Persona 5 on an all-new adventure. Players will take control of Persona 5 protagonist Joker as they explore a series of cinematic labyrinths that parody popular film genres. Here’s how Atlus describes the RPG’s story:

The Phantom Thieves are on another adventure as they find themselves trapped within a series of labyrinthine movies, each with its own unique twists and turns themed after various movie genres. Along the way, you’ll encounter other like-minded heroes who possess the will and strength to help you in your journey. But who is this mysterious girl Hikari, and how will everyone escape from this cinematic entanglement that transcends time and space!?

Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth will be released in two forms: a special launch edition that includes the 3DS game and a quartet of buttons, which costs $39.99, and the “Showtime” premium edition, which costs $69.99. Here’s what the deluxe version of the game includes:
